不锈钢板框式精密过滤机从德国引进制造技术生产，是目前国内应用多也的澄清设备；以精滤或纸板为过滤介质，配以不同型号的精滤纸板，可以对各种酒、饮料、食品、医药、化工等行业的液态制品进行精度不同的澄清过滤，能使直径为0.2～0.5um的菌体及固体微粒100%截留，从而可取代巴氏杀菌旧工艺，更好地保留原液的特性。

1.2设备基本技术特性

1.3订货要求Ordering requirements

1.3.1本机为147片；与物料接触部分为304材质，其余外露部分为304不锈钢材质；接汁盘为304材质。

The machine has 147 sheets; and material contact part and the juice tray is 304 material, the rest of the exposed part is 304stainless steel.

1.3.2压紧装置为全自动液压压紧方式。过滤机工作压力0.6MPa

The pressing device is fully automatic hydraulic compression. Filter the maximum working pressure 0.6MPa.

1.3.3连接进出口管径为DN65，管路焊接采用管内充氩气的单面双成形工艺，有效的保证了内外焊缝的质量，易于清洗和杀菌，连接方式为法兰连接。

Connected to the import and export diameter DN65,pipeline welding using the tube filled with argon single-sided double forming process, effectively guarantee the quality of the weld inside and outside, easy to clean and sterilization, the connection for the flange connection.

1.3.4设备选用 西安仪表厂生产的YPF-100-304不锈钢压力表，接触液体材料为304不锈钢材质。质量完全符合GMP/FDA规范要求。

1.3.5过滤机板框不得留有死角和毛刺。过滤板框的焊接采用工装保证，大小均匀一致。在机架上的过滤板组每两块间外形尺寸偏差不超过0.5mm，每10块间误差≤2mm。

1.3.6视镜玻璃为硼硅玻璃视镜，带304不锈钢防护罩。耐压0.8MPa,耐高温120度。
